Wyse Envision

13. Wyse Envision and your data

This section explains how WyseTime handles information connected with the Wyse Envision Site-Readiness Clinic and related deployments.

Review date: 4 September 2026

What Wyse Envision is

Wyse Envision is a visual operations intelligence platform that runs scheduled checks on a customer's existing security cameras, attaches evidence to exceptions and routes them to named people for review. It operates as decision support: consequential actions are approved by humans.

Deployment modes

Model A — Private On-site. Video analysis runs on hardware at the customer's premises. Camera footage stays on site. Only operational results — such as an event, timestamp or a thumbnail chosen by the customer's configuration — exist in the platform record.

Model B — Managed Cloud. For sites without local AI hardware, only approved frames or clips are sent through the managed cloud for analysis, then results return to the site. Media selection, provider and region are disclosed per deployment and governed by contract.

What we collect from this website

The Site-Readiness Clinic forms collect the business details you type in: name, work email, company, role, target site, approximate camera count, your current problem and any deployment constraint. We use them only to prepare and follow up on your clinic request. Hidden technical fields record which page and campaign the request came from.

Lawful basis and consent

Submissions are processed on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Form consent: I agree that WyseTime may process these details to respond to my clinic request, in line with the Privacy Policy.

Retention

Clinic form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from last contact unless a business relationship follows, after which our standard commercial records retention applies.

Biometrics

Facial recognition and biometric processing are excluded from the standard offer by design. Any biometric scenario would require its own legal basis, a data protection impact assessment and separate written approval.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and ask questions about this notice, at [email protected].
